Sales and Refunds

This policy describes the sales and refund terms for paid services on MEDIA ON DEMAND, provided by Stankevicius Pacific Limited (the “Provider”). It supplements, and should be read together with, the Terms of Service and any order form or agreement signed with your organisation.

Services and pricing

Paid services may include the purchase of publishing on connected media channels and related media services provided in partnership with Arcana Mace and MediaBroker.org. Prices, inclusions, and limits are set out in your order form, proposal, or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment

Fees are payable in advance. Access to a purchased media channel or publishing service may depend on payment being received in full. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

All sales are final, no refunds

All purchases are final. When you purchase a media channel or any publishing or media service, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, whether or not the content is ultimately published, and regardless of the outcome, timing, placement, visibility, indexing, ranking, or performance of any content. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that the fee is non-refundable.

Content compliance and channel policies

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you submit is legitimate, accurate, and lawful, and that it complies with the editorial, advertising, and content policies of each media channel to which it is published, where such policies exist. It is your responsibility to review and follow each channel’s policies before purchasing or publishing.

Removal for policy violations

If you pay for and publish content that violates a channel’s policies, applicable law, or the Terms of Service, the channel (or the Provider) has the right to remove, unpublish, or permanently delete that content at any time, at its sole discretion and without notice. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the fee paid remains non-refundable. The Provider is not responsible for any loss resulting from such removal.

Cancellations

Because purchases are final, an order cannot be cancelled for a refund once payment has been made. Recurring or subscription services, where offered, may be cancelled so that they do not renew for the next billing period; amounts already paid are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Given that all sales are final and non-refundable, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any purchase made through the Platform. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
