Sales and Refunds

This policy describes the sales and refund terms for paid services on MEDIA ON DEMAND, provided by Stankevicius Pacific Limited (the "Provider"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By purchasing or using any paid service on the Platform, you agree to these terms.

Services and pricing

Paid services may include the purchase of publishing on media channels and related media services. Prices, inclusions, and limits are shown on the Platform at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Service provided "as is"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. What you purchase is publishing access to media channels, namely the ability to submit and publish content to those channels subject to their terms. The Provider does not warrant any particular result, outcome, audience, reach, ranking, or commercial benefit arising from publication.

Google indexing and Search Console submission

As a standard add-on, every published article is by default submitted to Google through Google Search Console. The Google Search Console submission is provided complimentary by the media channel. This submission is provided as a convenience and does not constitute a guarantee of indexing. Whether an article is indexed, and whether it remains indexed, is determined solely by Google at its own discretion and in accordance with its own criteria, if it sees fit. The Provider has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, Google's indexing decisions, the timing of indexing, or any subsequent de-indexing.

Payment

Fees are payable in advance. For one-off publishing, payment is taken just before the final publishing step. For subscriptions, fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Access to a purchased media channel or publishing service depends on payment being received in full, and late or failed payments may result in suspension of services. Subscriptions that are cancelled, or that expire without renewal, lose access to the service at the end of the paid period.

All sales are final, no refunds

All purchases are final. All subscriptions and one-off purchases are non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, a media channel, or any publishing or media service, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, whether or not the content is ultimately published, and regardless of the outcome, timing, placement, visibility, indexing, ranking, or performance of any content. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that the fee is non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is final: there are no refunds and no cancellations for the paid period. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your current subscription period expires. Cancelling stops the next renewal, but any amount already paid remains non-refundable.

While your subscription is active, you have access to all media channels and may publish unlimited articles to every channel. You must follow all applicable terms and conditions, including the individual publication terms of each media channel, so that you do not violate the policies of free-right publishing, which allow you to publish content at any time without administrative approval.

If your content violates these policies, it will be removed. Removed content is non-refundable, and neither the media channel nor the Platform accepts any responsibility or liability for removed content. Content is only removed when you violate the applicable policies.

Content compliance and channel policies

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you submit is legitimate, accurate, and lawful, and that it complies with the editorial, advertising, and content policies of each media channel to which it is published, where such policies exist. It is your responsibility to review and follow each channel's policies before purchasing or publishing.

Publishing terms and prohibited content

Publishing is permitted only within the applicable legal framework. By submitting content for publication, you agree to comply with all applicable publishing terms and to publish only lawful content. You must not submit or publish any content that is unlawful, prohibited, or otherwise forbidden under applicable law or under the policies of the relevant media channel. Each media channel may maintain its own publishing terms, and it is your responsibility to read and comply with the publishing terms of the relevant media before publishing.

Removal for policy violations

If you pay for and publish content that violates a channel's policies, applicable law, or the Terms of Service, the channel (or the Provider) has the right to remove, unpublish, or permanently delete that content at any time, at its sole discretion and without notice. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the fee paid remains non-refundable. The Provider is not responsible for any loss resulting from such removal.

Cancellations

Because purchases are final, an order cannot be cancelled for a refund once payment has been made. Recurring or subscription services, where offered, may be cancelled so that they do not renew for the next billing period; amounts already paid are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Given that all sales are final and non-refundable, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any purchase made through the Platform. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account. Depending on the circumstances, the Provider also reserves the right to recover any amounts owed and to pursue appropriate legal remedies in respect of unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
