How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the Platform, authenticate users, deliver content to connected media channels, provide support, maintain records of publishing activity, and improve the service.

Sharing

To publish your content we share it with the connected media channels you select. Media channels and distribution infrastructure are provided by Arcana Mace and MediaBroker.org, and content you publish is transmitted to and stored by those channels and their systems. We also use service providers for hosting, database, and AI-assisted features that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

AI features

The Platform offers optional AI assistance (for example, recommending a channel from an uploaded document). Where local processing is used, document content is analysed on infrastructure under our control; where a third-party model is configured, the relevant text is sent to that provider to generate a recommendation.

Cookies and sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. These are required for the Platform to function.

Retention

We retain account and content records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Content published to external channels remains subject to those channels’ own retention practices.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
